For now we advise:
- Buy freshly roasted coffee once a week
- Store your coffee in an airtight container
- Use 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6-8 oz of water
- Choose the correct grind for your brewer
- Grind only what you need to brew
- Brew between 195-200F or 30 seconds off the boil
