For now we advise:

  • Buy freshly roasted coffee once a week
  • Store your coffee in an airtight container
  • Use 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6-8 oz of water
  • Choose the correct grind for your brewer
  • Grind only what you need to brew
  • Brew between 195-200F or 30 seconds off the boil
