We've always loved pourover coffee.  It was the first brew method I fell in love with in coffee.

As soon as we started using the Hario V60 we noticed measurably better cups than some of the other ceramic cone filter holders we tried.  The eveness of the cone shape and ribbed sides helps to ensure proper extraction, especially paired with the Buono Kettle.

The V60 requires its own proprietary filters as they are pointed on the end like a Chemex filter.

The 01 model is slightly smaller than the 02 and is best used to brew 8-12 oz of coffee at a time.
